Love Island’s Alex Miller has voiced his suspicions about partner Megan Barton Hanson’s feelings towards Wes Nelson.
And he’s on the money as Wes confesses tonight he shared a KISS with Megan earlier in the day.
Megan had been in the beginning of a romance with Wes when Alex entered the villa and swept her off her feet. But in the last couple of days, Megan has started to gravitate back towards Wes after saying she can’t help fancying him.
And those feelings haven’t gone unnoticed by Alex…
An annoyed Alex says on Thursday night’s episode he’s determined to get to the bottom of what’s going on between Megan and Wes, saying: “If I’m right in what I’m thinking, it’s deceitful. I need to talk to Megan straight up. I’m not going to sit back and take it.”
He thinks there’s “something sly” going on and he wants to find out.
And what better way to do that than go straight to the source?
Alex confronts Megan on Thursday about her feelings towards Wes, and Megan admits there’s still something there even though she assures Alex that she’s happy with him.
She says: “Me and Wes laugh and joke and he’s a good looking boy but it’s early days, I’m not going to rule anything out but I’m happy with you right now otherwise I wouldn’t have coupled up with you, I would have waited for Wes.”
But is Megan starting to have second thoughts about Alex?
Although Megan tells Alex that she’s happy with her decision, she admits privately in the Beach Hut that there’s something missing between her and Alex.
She says: “I’ve woken up and my mind is still all over the place. I feel like Alex is lovely but there is no chase or fun there, I know I’ve got him. There’s just something there with Wes. I can’t put my finger on it.
“I don’t know what I want. I don’t know what it is about [Wes] he cracks me up, he’s really attractive. It scares me but we do have a really good connection. So tricky!”
Things get even trickier when a Wes and fellow singleton Georgia Steel are told to invite two islanders out for dates and, surprise, surprise, Wes picks Megan for one of those dates.
Out of the villa and away from Alex M’s prying eyes, Wes takes the chance to tell Megan she’s the “only person” in the villa he sees a future with.
Naturally it doesn’t go down well with Alex M, who feels Wes should have “been a man” and told Alex M he wanted to take Megan out.
But Wes argues you “have to be quite selfish in terms of who you like” in the villa and even suggests his connection with Megan is better than the one she has with Alex M. Ouch!
Wes tells Alex M: “My decision [to take Megan on a date] was based on who I like, not who is the weakest. I spoke to Megan. She still fancies me. In here you have to be quite selfish. Also, I have to mention, at the end of the date, we have had a kiss.”
Alex M replies: “You did? Who is she playing more…”

The islanders could be distracted tonight, however, as a shock twist means FOUR islanders will be dumped.
Viewers have been voting for their favourite couple and the couples with the least number of votes are at risk of leaving. Wes and Georgia are immune from the vote because they are single.
Love Island airs 9pm on ITV2.
