A representative for the Spice Girls has denied the band is scrapping their world tour, after a media frenzy had suggested a schism in the group.
The Sun has reported that claims of the tour being cancelled are false.

The Daily Mail had published a report that the tour had been abandoned in the wake of Mel B’s claim that she had had sex with Geri during the band’s heyday.
They claimed that the group had decided to honour their commitment to perform in the UK, but were scrapping the international leg of the tour, after a “dramatic” week.
“It has been a hugely dramatic week. At one point last Sunday, the tour wasn’t happening,” the Mail’s source said.
“They agreed that they had to do the British dates because they are under contract and they don’t want to let their fans down, but there won’t be any more.
“There had been plans to keep it going but no more.”
But a rep for the group told The Sun the claims aren’t true, saying: “This story is inaccurate and factually untrue.”
The reports came after Mel B made her surprising admission on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, apparently causing havoc between the women.
Geri later issued a statement through her representative, denying the claims, and calling the story “hurtful.”

“She would like you to know that what has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family,” the statement said.
“Moving forward, Geri can’t wait to see the girls and all the fans on the tour, have an amazing time with everyone, and make some new memories.”
Geri’s statement then appeared to make this worse – The Mirror reported that Mel B was furious at being “made out to be a liar.”
“Mel is totally perplexed by Geri’s denials,” The Mirror’s source claimed.
“Mel feels Geri is making her out to be a liar. She said, ‘It’s almost as if she is trying to erase our history.'”
