Holly Willoughby shares sweet Halloween prep pic

She's a dab hand in the kitchen as well as the TV studio!

While most of us are running around the supermarket frantically loading our trolleys with ready-made Halloween treats,  super-mum Holly Willoughby has been busy in the kitchen whipping up her own VERY impressive scary cupcakes!

Sharing a pic of her tasty creations on Instagram, Holly had the good grace to reveal that she and her four-year-old son Chester were feeling pretty smug about the creative cupcakes.

Displaying the fourteen cakes on a pretty spotted plate, and with a backdrop of three pumpkins, Holly wrote:

“Chester and I feeling pretty smug about these… Halloween cupcake anyone? 👻🧛🏻‍♀️🧟‍♀️🦇🎃”

(Yes please!)

The cakes each had an artistically piped purple topping, and were adorned with pairs of spooky eyes.

Holly’s loyal band of fans were quick to congratulate her on her baking skills.

“These are great!” said one, while another added: “Looks scary delish!”.

“Smugness justified!” said a third.

Holly is no doubt enjoying a bit of relaxing family time before she jets off to Australia to co-host I’m a Celebrity with Declan Donnelly – although she has revealed that her children will be accompanying her on the trip.

In fact, super-organised Holly told This Morning viewers back in September that her trip Down Under will be well and truly a family affair with her mum and dad going along too!

“I was speaking to the school and how that’s all going to work, and Dan and my mum and dad who are coming out as well, and suddenly all logistics are sorted!” she said.

However, despite her mega-hectic work schedule, Holly recently revealed the very strict rules she applies to make sure she can separate work and home time, and get the right level of work-life balance.

The presenter, who is mum to Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, said that her trick was to turn her phone off at the end of her working day, and concentrate solely on her family.

“I’m quite strict with myself so when I’m at work, they are my work hours and I get a lot achieved in a small amount of time, like ‘go go go, get it done, get it done’ and then it’s like ‘bang home time – bye everyone!’ and then the phone goes off and everything shuts down and I’m a mum,” she said.

Holly will begin her I’m a Celeb presenting duties next month, and has already bid farewell to This Morning as she preps for her jungle stint. Former Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes will be standing in for her while she is away.
