It was recently confirmed that Cheryl will definitely be appearing in the current series of The X Factor, but there’s one person who isn’t happy about it and that’s rival Sinitta.
It’s been a fair few years since Sinitta appeared on the judge’s houses section of the show, and she’s annoyed that she hasn’t been invited back.
She has told Cheryl to ‘back off’ and that it was ‘below the belt’ for Simon Cowell to offer the role to Cheryl instead of her.

At the Retribution movie premiere last night she told reporters for The Sun: “She needs to stay in her lane a little bit. I love you Chez but don’t even go there – not that I’m bothered.
But she clearly was bothered as she said: “You can’t look like that, have hair like that, have Liam, have the perfect baby, the perfect body, the perfect face, be a pop star, be drop-dead gorgeous and take judges’ houses.” Woh calm down Sinitta!
She revealed Simon hasn’t been keeping in contact with her as much: “I thought I was coming back but now I’ve heard Cheryl is coming back. Simon has been a bit quiet – on text messages and Whatsapp.”
In The Sun’s Bizarre column Sinitta blasted Cheryl. She said: “Well let’s put it this way – has Cheryl ever done Simon’s judges’ houses? Would it be appropriate? Would she wear leaves?
“It’s like I’m defending my job. Not that my face doesn’t look better.
“I’m behind them 100 per cent. But Cheryl doing judges’ houses – that’s a little below the belt.”
Sinitta recently opened up to Lorraine about how she felt after rumours circulated that Simon was offering Cheryl £500,000 to come back (a rumour that Simon denies).
She said: “I read recently that he invited Cheryl back… Rude, just rude! Hopefully he’s just being funny.”

She claimed to be confused over whether she will be invited as a judge on this year’s X Factor and said she has a video of Simon inviting her back during the last time she was on the show.
Let’s hope all this drama doesn’t break up their close friendship!
