Simon Cowell’s son Eric is spitting image of The Wonder Years’ Kevin

Fred Savage played Kevin in the American series

We all know that Simon Cowell’s son Eric is the spitting image of his famous dad.

But it seems the five-year-old has a strong resemblance to another famous face – The Wonder Years actor Fred Savage when he was younger and played Kevin in the TV show.

Fred played Kevin from 1988 to 1993 and it seems Eric is the double of the actor from his younger years.

On Thursday, Eric was pictured out and about with his music mogul dad Simon and his mum Lauren Silverman.

The little boy was seen sitting in his car seat and he looked exactly like Kevin.

The Wonder Years was an American comedy series which ran from the late ’80s to the early ’90s.

It also featured Danica McKellar, Josh Daviano and Jason Hervery.

Meanwhile, Eric is also the spitting image of his dad Simon.

Back in May, Simon’s Britain’s Got Talent co-star Amanda Holden shared a behind-the-scenes snap of all the judges and Eric.

In the picture, Eric, Simon and Amanda all stuck out their tongues out as Alesha Dixon and David Walliams smiled for the camera.

Fans couldn’t get over how much Eric looked like Simon, with one commenting: “Eric! He is such a mini Simon!!”

Another wrote: “Eric looks so cute just like his dad,” while a third added: “Eric is a little Simon wow.”

Earlier that month, Simon had said he wants his son Eric to start working for him at the age of ten.

The 59-year-old revealed “if he could”, he would pull his son out of school in just five years time, and employ him at his record label Syco.

In an interview with NBC he said: “Listen, if I can get him out at 10 to come and work for me then I would.

“I was better off out of school than I was in. But I didn’t have that major stress about homework, because I would just throw it away. A healthy, happy kid is more important than an over-educated, stressed kid.”
