Shoppers horrified by ‘hideous’ £60 statue of Kate, Prince George and Princess Charlotte

Royal fans have said it looks nothing like them!

Fans have been left horrified by a statue of the Cambridges on sale at TK Maxx.

Royal family memorabilia is hugely popular across the globe, whether it’s a set of tea cups decorated with Harry and Meghan’s initials or mugs to mark Prince William and Kate Middleton’s engagement.

However, it seems a new porcelain statue of Kate and her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte selling on TK Maxx for £60 hasn’t got royal fans in a frenzy – mainly because it doesn’t look anything like them!

The figure is inspired by the stunning Cambridge family’s 2015 Christmas card.

The picture saw George – who was two at the time the photograph was taken – standing alongside mum Kate, who had Charlotte, who was just six-months-old, on her knee.

Dad William gazed lovingly at his family.

The statue was originally £200, but is now being sold for £60 in TK Maxx.

However, royal fans have been left shocked by the figurine.

One Twitter user, Amelia Perrin, shared photos of the statue alongside the caption: “Sometimes TK Maxx out-TK Maxxes itself. £60. Arguably the worst thing I’ve ever laid eyes upon.”

Another person replied: “This is hideous. Can’t stop laughing. Wonder who approved it? Can’t wait for the Meghan Markle version. TK Maxx statue of Kate Middleton, George and Charlotte looks nothing like royals.”

Another wrote: “Nothing like them so poorly done!!!” while a third added: “Ew!!!! It’s so ugly.”

Kate and William are also parents to their one-year-old son, Prince Louis.

The little royal made his Trooping the Colour debut earlier this month and he definitely stole the show.

Louis looked adorably cheeky as he stared out of a window at the proceedings.

He later gazed around at the crowds as he was held in his father’s arms on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

The tot waved with delight as he watched the fly-over with his parents and siblings.

And he was spotted making his grandfather Charles grin as he waved his hands at him while they left the balcony.
