Scarlett Moffatt has shared a candid photo of herself in a swimsuit to encourage her fans to love their bodies.
The I’m A Celebrity star, 28, took to Instagram on Sunday to post the snap of herself sporting a makeup-free look while wearing a monochrome plunging swimsuit and holding a cocktail.
Scarlett admitted that at first she didn’t like how she looked in the pic, however, wanted to post it to give other women confidence.

Alongside the stunning pic, she wrote: “Listen up ladies we all do this… pull ourselves to bits. Focus on our flaws, on how we aren’t ‘perfect’ I’m guilty too.
“I stare at these amazingly stunning women on Instagram and think oh no I have wobbly bits here there and everywhere compared to them.”
Scarlett continued: “So I’ve uploaded this photo as when I first looked at it I instantly said, ‘oh Scarlett delete this photo your arm looks weird, it’s not toned at all & it’s hanging over your swimsuit.'”
The former Gogglebox star said her “boobs have been defeated by gravity” and “aren’t where society or the trolls persistently say they should be”.
Scarlett added: “My skin is far from perfect but my fellow ladies what I am on this photo is happy and smiling and living my best life, flaws and all.
“Ladies please look at yourselves and love yourself, realise that no one is truly perfect and you don’t need to look perfect in order to live your best life.
“As Dr Seuss said, ‘today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You!'”
Fans rushed to praise Scarlett for sharing the candid pic and for keeping it real with her followers.
One person said: “You always look amazing!! Well done you for continuously promoting body confidence!” while another gushed: “You’re an inspiration, beautiful and look amazing in that pic!”
A third wrote: “Love you Scarlet for been so honest and real.”
Scarlett is enjoying some time in the sun before she jets out to Australia to co-host I’m A Celebrity’s spin-off show Extra Camp next month.
She will be joining Joe Swash and Joel Dommett down under, while Holly Willoughby and Dec Donnelly will host the main show.

In a statement, Scarlett said: “I’m so excited to be back working with Joe and Joel for another year on Extra Camp, I absolutely adore them both.
“We have such a laugh doing the show together, I can’t wait to get back out there and meet our new celebrity jungle camp-mates.”
