We have finally got our first proper look at Scarlett Johansson in the remake of the sci-fi anime classic Ghost In The Shell and it seems like a wild ride.
Scarlett, who plays the cyborg The Major, introduces the trailer before we are taken on a tour of robot geishas, skyscraper advertisements and serious gunfire.
Scarlett’s naked cyborg body plunges off buildings and totes guns before she experiences some kind of existential crisis and ponders her lack of connection and struggles to learn about her past.
The film, which is directed by Rupert Sanders, also stars Juliette Binoche, Michael Pitt and Pilou Asbaek.
Scarlett sure is one talented – not to mention busy – lady.
Last month the actress revealed a brand new venture – a popcorn shop!
The Avengers and Captain America star launched, Yummy Pop, in Paris – and rumor has it the 31-year-old is planning on serving customers herself.
The super cool hangout serves fancy flavours, such as “real Vermont maple” and strawberries and cream, as well as her personal favorite: truffle, parmesan and sage flavoured popcorn. Fancy!
Created with her husband, advertising executive Romain Dauriac, and situated in the heart of Paris, France, it’s a pretty niche business idea for the woman recently voted Hollywood’s highest-grossing actress.
Designed with a passion to combine the foodie favourites of the cities she loves most, New York and the French capital, it HAS to be the coolest popcorn joint in town.
