Ruth Langsford accidentally posts rude photograph on Mother’s Day

The star's embarrassing mistake was immediately spotted by fans

| Updated:

This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford posted a touching Mother’s Day post dedicated to her mum on Sunday.

But she unintentionally ended up sharing an explicit photo of a man’s dangly bits, too.

Oops!

The 57-year-old captioned the snap: “My wonderful Mum & big Sis. Thinking of those who no longer have their Mum’s….. you’ll always have memories.”

(Wow, Ruth, we’re more shocked by the errors in her words!)

Instead of just sharing the photo it appears Ruth took a screenshot of her camera roll and accidentally shared not one but TWO naughty photos too.

The first meme shows a woman holding a man’s private regions over her face as she impersonates a cartoon TV character. Yep, you read that right…

The second photo shows what appears to be a penis in a shoe.

Clearly poor Ruth didn’t realise the mistake but fans certainly did.

One amused fan wrote: “@RuthieeL there’s a few rude pics in ur photo stream like the penis in the shoe….and this…ur my fav ever.”

And it looks like Ruth, who is married to Eamonn Holmes, noticed her gaffe and posted the photo again but without the rude snaps – however she forgot to take down the original post.

Oh Ruth!

Some fans were oblivious to the mistake and wrote: “@RuthieeL what a lovely photo – full of smiles.”

Another added: “@RuthieeL Lovely picture, you should all three frame it.”

In other news, the presenter was left furious on This Morning just a few weeks ago when guest Josie Cunningham flirted with her hubby Eamonn Holmes IN FRONT of her.

The controversial lass suggested that host Eamonn Holmes could be her new sugar daddy.

And naturally the Loose Women panellist was not impressed.

She shot the wannabe a pretty filthy look – and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed by viewers watching from home.

One said: “#thisMorning @RuthieeL so wanted to slap #josiecunningham. Ruth did amazing staying so calm.”
