Rochelle Humes has done something she once vowed she would never do – posed naked for a magazine cover.
The singer and occasional This Morning presenter, 30, stripped off for the latest issue of Women’s Health, before sharing the image with her fans on social media.

The Women’s Health cover – which is for the September issue – shows Saturdays star Rochelle looking relaxed and happy as she poses next to a swimming pool.
While she’s clearly completely starkers, her legs are crossed to protect her modesty.
Sharing the cover on Instagram, the mum-of-two wrote an empowering message to her fans.
She said: “When @womenshealthuk first asked me five years ago would I do ‘The Naked Issue’, it was a resounding NO, and it was a NO forever.

“I used to have nightmares about leaving the house with no clothes on. Well, a lot can happen in five years and life comes at you pretty fast.
“I’m a mother of two little women now, I’m 30 years old and it finally happened. I accepted myself, and my body, my hair, my scars, my bumps and my bits on one side that don’t look the same as the other, and I bit the bullet.
“Here I am supporting @womenshealthuk #PROJECTBODYLOVE.
“This is a love letter to my younger self, my older self, my two girls who are going to battle with their idea of perfect, my mum, my sisters, my aunties and every woman who looks in the mirror and doesn’t love what they see.

“This one’s for you. Be a bit kinder on yourself, don’t compare yourself to others, your body is your story and I’m damn sure you should be proud of it.
“Thank you @womenshealthuk for asking me again, not taking no for an answer and not retouching me.”
Rochelle’s words clearly struck a chord with her followers, as her inbox was soon filling up with positive comments.
The first of those came from her husband and former JLS star Marvin, 34, who wrote: “Inspirational Rochy… Love you and so proud baby.”
Another remarked: “Well done gorgeous. You are a beauty, a wonderful mum, friend, daughter, sister, wife and role model to young women.”
And a third added: “Can I like this more than a gazillion times please.”
