Reality TV star vows to lose “mummy tummy” in 10 weeks

The former TOWIE favourite said: "I've got more muffin tops than Mr Kipling"

Maria Fowler only have birth to her baby girl six weeks ago, but she’s already vowed to get her bikini body back.

The former TOWIE star confessed she put on three stone while pregnant with daughter Evie and wants to get back in shape as soon as possible.

It has left her with rolls of fat or, as she jokes, “more muffin tops than Mr Kipling,” but stresses that beautiful baby Evie is worth every roll of fat.

She plans to get back her iron-flat stomach and match her BMX champion boyfriend Kelvin Batey’s super-fit body, by the start of 2017.

She continued: “Lots of female celebrities don’t like to show off their mummy tummy and keep themselves covered up after having a baby.

“But I am proud of every inch I have put on my waist because it all came from nurturing little Evie.

“I feel blessed to have such a beautiful baby girl and I love being a mum, but I feel ready to get back in shape.

“I am going to blitz it for 10 weeks because I want to get back into my bikini in January for some winter sun.

“It’s not going to be easy because I am showing a lot of fat around my midriff. But I’ll put in the work and do it properly.”

Maria is being helped in her fitness drive by Evie’s proud father, Kelvin.

She continued: “Kelvin is a professional rider and he is in perfect shape.

“Just seeing his gorgeous body in the shower every morning is all the inspiration I need.

“We can leave Evie with my mum and exercise together. I’ve told Kelvin my six-pack will be flatter than his by New Year.”

Maria has developed a weight loss programme with the weight loss firm Forza Supplements.

The 29-year-old is bottle feeding Evie because she is unable to breast feed.

She is taking one of Forza’s Shake It Slim meal replacement drinks everyday instead of lunch.

Maria continued: “They contain just 204 calories but have all the minerals and vitamins you need to replace one meal.

“They just give me that extra bit of help to shift my mummy tummy.”

Good luck with it Maria!
