Primark reveals new Grinch-inspired children’s PJs which are perfect for Christmas

Especially as they're so cheap!

Christmas is a time to dress your child up in really cute outfits – and they don’t come much cuter than the pyjamas being sold at Primark at the moment.

The budget retailer is offering an adorable set of children’s PJs that pay tribute to legendary Dr Seuss character the Grinch.

Comprising a top, trousers and some especially cute slippers, it’s sure to put a smile on a few faces over the festive season.

And since Primark shared a picture of the get-up on Instagram, the chain’s followers have been going crazy for it.

The pyjama top features a picture of the famous green grumpster who first came to public attention in Dr Seuss’s 1957 book How the Grinch stole Christmas!.

Alongside the illustration is a Grinch-style sarcastic comment: “Merry whatever.”

I would’ve loved to wear something like these.

Complementing this is a pair of gorgeous red trousers featuring a range of seasonal motifs – Christmas trees, snowflakes and reindeer.

And for the little one’s feet, there’s a teeny pair of fluffy green slippers with the Grinch’s face on them.

Captioning their picture of the set on Instagram, Primark referenced Dr Seuss’s book, writing: “Keep them away from Whoville in this cosy set.”

The pyjamas have gone down a storm with Primark customers, who’ve been gushing over them in the store’s comments box.

One wrote simply: “Love these!”

Another chipped in: “Can’t cope with the slippers!”

And a third commented: “I would’ve loved to wear something like these.”

Well, as it turns out, they CAN wear the pyjamas – and so can you – because Primark is also selling some for grown-ups!

While it’s not been confirmed how much the adult set will cost, the baby PJs are going for just £7.

You’d have to be a Grinch not to take up that offer!
