Lucy, engaged to former Corrie actor Ryan Thomas, shared the stunning snap on Instagram while on holiday in the Algarve.
Dressed in a red bikini and looking glowing with her baby bump, Lucy simply captioned the image: “Dear body, You are incredible!”
It wasn’t long until many of her 1.5million followers took to the social media site to send their compliments.
