Heavily pregnant Gemma Atkinson has shared a sweet message for her unborn child as she nears her due date.
The 34-year-old former Emmerdale star posted a quote to Instagram, which spoke about everything getting “wider and weirder.”
Gemma revealed she has been wondering what her child will be like.
The heart-warming quote was from the late actress Carrie Fisher.
Gemma’s Instagram post read: “Everything grows rounder and wider and weirder, and I sit here in the middle of it all and wonder who in the world you will turn out to be.”

Gemma’s fans loved the post and shared their thoughts with her.

Gemma is thought to be due next month. She recently revealed she doesn’t mind if she has a boy or a girl.
She shared a snap of herself as a toddler on Instagram and said: “Boy or girl it doesn’t matter, as looking back at old pictures of myself I realise I went through a stage of looking like both thanks to my incredible haircut. I used to stand on a stool, kitchen towel round my neck and let mum chop away 😂 Thanks Mum!”

This will be Gemma’s first child with Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka Marquez.
