Angelina Jolie is fighting for custody of her six children with Brad Pitt but that is about to get a lot harder.
Brad and Angelina's two children, Pax and Shiloh are reportedly asking to stay with their dad!
This is going to get real messy.
A source has told OK! magazine: "Recently, Pax and Shiloh told Angelina that they'd prefer to live with their father."
"Pax and Shiloh have always had a strong bond and both of them have long felt more compatible, emotionally, with Brad.
"If Pax and Shiloh really want to be with brad, she's in an unwinnable situation. How can you claim you're doing what's best for the kids when you're ignoring their stated wishes?"
Ange wants to do what's best for her family, but there are six children to consider; Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Shiloh 10, Zahara, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.
Currently, the whole brood are living with their mom in a rented Malibu home under a temporary custody agreement. The pair are negotiating an official agreement at the moment, with Ange asking for full custody, and visitation rights for Brad.
However, if the Department of Children & Family Services uncover any evidence of verbal abuse, or emotional abuse, Brad could lose his visitation right altogether.
Maddox is said to want to stay with his mother, but there is no news on the other children.
Brad is being investigated because of claims he abused his teenage son at the beginning of September, JUST before Angelina filed for divorce. The relationship between Brad and his son is said to have been "fractured" since then.
