Piers Morgan unveils iconic line-up for his new Life Stories series

It's a star-filled cast

Presenter Piers Morgan has revealed the celebrity guests who will be spilling their secrets on the new series of Life Stories, and he’s claimed it’s the best line-up in the show’s “history”.

Piers shared a picture on his Instagram, which showed him standing with football legend Harry Redknapp, TV icon Sir Micheal Parkinson, Spice Girl Mel B, presenter Michael Barrymore and Lord Alan Sugar.

The 54-year-old host announced in his post: “*BREAKING NEWS* Coming soon on ITV… the greatest line-up in Life Stories history: a Lord, a Knight, a King, a Spice Girl…and a fallen icon.”

Piers’ chat show is renowned for big stars being candid and opening up on their demons.

It has already been revealed that Mel B , 43, spoke for the first time on the pre-recorded show about her night of passion with fellow Spice Girl Geri Horner.

Surprisingly, Piers’ arch nemesis Lord Sugar has also agreed to take part in the show.

They have had an ongoing war of words for years, so sparks are likely to fly when Piers grills The Apprentice boss.

Lord Sugar, 72, goaded Piers after his Instagram announcement, commenting: “You wont have a job after I have been on.”

Fans are also revealed excited for former entertainment show host Michael Barrymore to make an appearance on the show.

It seems Good Morning Britain’s Piers was referring to 67-year-old Michael with his comment about “a fallen icon”.

The once successful TV star has kept a lower profile in recent years. In 2001, Stuart Lubbock was found dead in Michael’s pool after a party. He was arrested on suspicion of murder but was released without charge.

A source told The Sun that Life Stories producers hope Michael will draw a big audience, explaining: “Piers won’t be giving him an easy ride.”

One fan commented: “Looking forward to watching Barrymore again.”

A second person wrote: “This is going to be brilliant. We need Barrymore back on TV. He’s a master of engaging with the general public.

Another added: “Great line-up, cant wait for Barrymore to be back on our screens. We need to see him again.”
