Susanna Reid deserves a medal for presenting Good Morning Britain, as it can’t be easy working alongside a wind-up merchant like Piers Morgan!
Piers, 52, was up to his old tricks today as he teased his colleague, 47, about her taste in men.
And Susanna was left red-faced as the mouthy host gave away a little too much information…
Piers and Susanna had just finished interviewing a group of rugged rowers called The Four Oarsmen, who complete gruelling distances to raise money for charity.
And no sooner had the four hunks left the studio than Piers began insinuating that his co-star might have the hots for them.
He said: “You’re single and you’ve always said to me your ideal man would be about 6ft2 or 3, ex-military possibly, and tattooed.
“You’ve got four strapping guys, 6ft4, bristling with muscle, probably a bit of a military connection.”

Piers then suggested that the rowers didn’t quite meet Susanna’s criteria.
He revealed: “I did say to them: ‘Have you got any tattoos?’ And they said no. You like a rough old type, don’t you.”
Playing along, but looking somewhat embarrassed, Susanna replied: “That was the deal-breaker – I like a full sleeve.”
Piers then took a final swipe at his colleague, telling viewers: “You can take the girl out of Croydon – her and Kate Moss.”

Despite all the ribbing, working with Piers has its (occasional) upsides. Earlier this week, Susanna revealed that her co-star has helped her to cope with online critics.
She told The Sun’s Fabulous magazine: “Piers has certainly helped me shed that fear about how I’m going to be judged.
“I used to fear online comments, but now I just think: ‘We’ll make it work.’
