Peter Andre has boasted about his multitasking skills as he posted a picture of himself mopping the kitchen floor whilst his seven-month old baby boy Theo was strapped to his front in the carrier.
He captioned his Instagram picture: ‘OK I just took multitasking to a new level’.
The post bagged him a lot of praise from his followers who commented that he was a ‘fantastic dad’ and ‘Best daddy of the year for a reason.’
Is there some sort of celebrity Father’s Day prize on offer this week or something? Just asking because Becks pulled it out of the bag earlier with a sweet Instagram post too.
The moments I share with my children are incredibly special. Whether that's laughing together when they tell me things about their day on the drive home from school, reading one of their favourite books to them at bedtime or spending time together on holiday. Through my work with UNICEF I've met so many inspiring dads around the world. Dads who want to ensure their children have the best start in life and will do anything to give them the support and love they need even when faced with huge challenges. Join me in supporting @unicef and share your super dad moment in a photo or video this Father's Day using #EarlyMomentsMatter
Most crucially though, re Andre – is that piece of paper stuck to the cupboard detailing the meals for the week? Or a shopping list? Because these are the sort of ridiculous domestic details we like to know about our celebrities, thanks.
Pete has four biological kids, Junior, 12, Princess, nine, Amelia, three and baby Theo. But he credits another kid for teaching him how to be a dad.
In the run up to Father’s Day last week he told KIIS FM in Sydney: “The first child that taught me how to be a dad was Harvey.”
He raised Harvey while he was married to Katie Price, as the now 15 year-old didn’t have a relationship with his biological dad Dwight Yorke.
Peter has been on TV screens this week presenting This Morning with his wife Emily, where they did a travel piece from Santorini. The Greek island is where the pair spent their honeymoon after they got married in Exter in 2015.
Now they’re off on their travels again as they go abroad for Father’s Day, which they will be spending with Pete’s parents.
Hopefully it’ll go better than last time they took Theo on a plane.
Emily told OK! Magazine: “We’re lucky as both the kids travel really well, although Theo had a bit of an accident just as we were leaving the plane on our last trip.
“The kids weren’t too impressed with the smell, which was hilarious. It’s all good experience for them when they have their own kids!”
Erm, that’s quite the forward planning there, Emily.
