A panicked Davina McCall has revealed she suffered a very embarrassing wardrobe malfunction today.
The fitness fanatic, 51, had just wrapped up a training session when she attempted to take her top off, but got herself stuck.
Sharing the fashion fail with her Twitter followers, the TV star uploaded a video explaining the ordeal in detail.

“I don’t know if anybody else has had this but I just got stuck in my work out top,” poor Davina said.
“I was sweaty and I went to try and take it off and it got stuck and I was trying to get my hand down the back and I thought ‘I’m never going to get it off I’m going to have to ask a complete stranger and my boobs are hanging out…'”
Fortunately she eventually managed to pull it over her head, ending the clip: “But it’s OK, it’s off!”
The presenter’s followers were quick to show their support, sharing their own stories about getting stuck in their gym clothes.

“I know the feeling! Thank goodness it happens to the pros too! It’s like another workout trying to get it off,” one replied.
Another wrote: “Happens to me all the time. I had to phone a friend to a swimming changing room to help me pull my sports bra down as it was stuck post swim and I couldn’t move.”
A third shared their embarrassing story about getting a foot wedged in between their bike and the wall.
“My first time at the gym I got my foot stuck between the wall and the bike. Don’t ask how or why, I’m just Bridget [Jones]. Had to ask for help.”

A fourth said she even buys her training tops a size up to avoid such a malfunction.
“I only wear them a size bigger for this very reason. Boobs flop a bit more though. Surely they could be designed better.”
“Oooh is that a challenge?” Davina replied.
