Paddy and Nicole were spotted out on the town while Christine was home alone, with Paddy reportedly having claimed to be “out with mates”.

Now, The Sun on Sunday reports that husband and wife have reconciled – although it came at the cost of several blazing rows.

“They have had some very heated and emotional arguments over the last couple of weeks and Paddy obviously had a lot of explaining to do to Christine,” The Sun’s source claimed.

They went on to say that after a lot of talks, Paddy had managed to convince his wife that his night out was innocent.

“Christine now believes her husband when he says that nothing romantic happened with Nicole and he has managed to win back her trust,” said the source.

They added that both Paddy and Christine were putting their three children first.

“The happiness and welfare of their children is the most important thing for both Christine and Paddy and they are determined to stick together as a family and move forwards,” the insider continued.

Neither Paddy or Christine have publicly commented on the incident, although Christine shared a cryptic tweet that many have interpreted as relating to her husband’s night out.

The tweet – shared on the February 11 – said: “When you realise you deserve so much more.. that’s not a bad thing 💎”

Nicole has also avoided commenting on the situation, having left the country for a holiday in the Maldives.
