Comedian Paddy McGuinness rarely opens up on his private life but yesterday he posted a sweet message for his wife Christine’s 31st birthday, calling her the “bestest mummy and wife ever”.
Paddy, 45, thrilled fans as he revealed some never-before-seen pictures of their family life in an Instagram collage for Christine.
He gushed in his social media post: “Happy Birthday @mrscmcguinness the bestestest Mummy and wife ever!!!!”
He then cheekily added: “Even though you keep telling the kids you’re 21! #birthdaygirl #wifey #mummy #happybirthday.”
The mix of photographs included Christine holding up a hedgehog birthday cake and a snap of the couple cosied up in bed.
Paddy also shared a special picture from the family photo album, which showed mum-of-three Christine while she was pregnant on holiday.
The couple have twins Penelope and Leo, four, and two-year-old Felicity.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire’s Christine posted her own throwback snap on Instagram to mark her day. And she revealed how grateful she is for the life they have together.
The former model captioned her pic with: “It’s my birthday!!!
“LITTLE GIRLS WITH BIG DREAMS BECOME WOMEN WITH VISION
“I have always been a dreamer, believer, achiever. Long may the good life continue 🙏💕.”

Fans told Paddy, who has just started a new role on Celebrity Juice, they hoped he treated his wife on her special day.
One wrote: “Happy Birthday Christine hope you are getting spoiled and Paddy is letting you put your feet up 😍.”
A second added: “Happy birthday Mrs McGuinness hope Paddy’s spoiling you xx.”
