Paddy McGuinness celebrated his 45th birthday on Tuesday with his wife Christine and their three kids.
The Take Me Out host took to Instagram to share a clip of himself walking into their kitchen where he was greeted with an incredible surprise from Christine.
The model had filled their kitchen with all of Paddy’s favourite treats from doughnuts and beer to cupcakes and a huge birthday cake.

And because Paddy is a fitness fanatic, Christine also included a range of healthy treats from Neon Health Kitchen and the Body Building Warehouse.
The treats were displayed on their kitchen counter and were surrounded by blue, silver and white balloons.
In the video, Paddy says: “Well I’ve come in [to the kitchen] and the good lady has organised… look at this for my birthday!”
After showing all the sweet treats, he moved on to the healthier options and said: “She even got my healthy treats! Oh man, I love it! Happy birthday to me.”
He captioned the post: “Thank you so much @mrscmcguinness love my birthday surprises!!!!!! Cake and beer, I’m a happy Daddy!!!”
Christine also took to her Instagram to share a snap of a chuffed Paddy posing alongside his birthday surprise.
Alongside the picture, she wrote: “Happy Birthday my love ❤️ @mcguinness.paddy #45today.”
She then thanked Go:Pr & Events for organising the birthday surprise “last minute”.
Christine, 30, also took to her Instagram stories to share close-ups of the treats.
One shot sees Paddy’s birthday cake, which was decorated in blue, gold and white icing and had the word “daddy” on it.
Christine then took to Twitter to post a few throwback snaps of Paddy when he was a kid.
The first photo shows a young Paddy sporting a mop hairdo as he flexed his biceps.
Others show Paddy as a baby showing off his curly locks and the final shows Paddy now, as he enjoyed a work out.
Christine gushed: “Happy Birthday to my love @PaddyMcGuinness.”
Paddy replied to the pics, saying: “Thanks for this,” followed by laughing face emojis.

On Tuesday morning, Paddy shared a video of himself in the shower as he revealed it was his birthday.
He told his fans: “Shower news. Big, big news hot off press folks. It’s me birthday!”
The happy birthday song then played as Paddy danced in the shower.

He added: “If it’s your birthday today, from me to you, have a great birthday everybody!”
In the evening, Paddy and Christine enjoyed a meal at Piccolino’s Restaurant in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
