Oops! Cheryl almost swore on live TV when asked about private life

All this baby speculation must be getting too much!

| Updated:

Cheryl must be feeling the heat of scrutiny every time she heads out in public.

With speculation mounting that the singer is expecting a baby, she’s saying nothing on the matter.

And it appears the 33-year-old is feeling tetchy whenever someone poses a question that could be leading to digging on the rumoured pregnancy.

Appearing on The One Show, the former X Factor judge almost SWORE when she was asked how she copes with all the attention on her personal life.

“You come to an age where you’ve got through it, you’ve grown from those experiences, you learn, you become you, you’re comfortable in your own skin,” she replied

“You just think go away, I honestly couldn’t give a ….” Beeeeeeeeeeep! Fortunately, Chezza managed to censor herself before she dropped what we are guessing was the F-bomb.

Host Alex Jones assured her: “We get what you’re saying, Cheryl.”

While the Geordie beauty is keeping mum on those bambino rumours, is her appearance doing all the talking for her?

There’s no denying that both her face and figure were looking a little fuller.

At points, it appeared as though the starlet – dating One Direction star Liam Payne – had her hand rested on a small tummy bump.

She looked gorgeous, as ever, dressed in a dark-coloured jumpsuit with giant, distracting buttons.

She was on the show as a Childline ambassador, alongside Esther Rantzen and Chris Hoy, to promote the charity’s new advert and mobile phone app.

Cheryl opened up about her difficult times as a youngster, explaining: “I was actually quite a depressed teenager… just the pressure of going home and your parents wanting you to do well in your exams.

“Your hormones play a huge part in your teenage years of how you feel. I wouldn’t go back to my teenage years for love nor money.”

Host Matt Baker asked what she would have told herself back then if she could, to which she responded: “Not to worry so much and talk more about how I’m feeling.”

She also talked about the foundation she has set up in her home city of Newcastle. “I’ve got a centre that’s hopefully going to help 4,000 per year.”

The big-hearted star also appears in a powerful promo video, which showcases some of the issues the charity is helping to tackle with young callers.

Asked how she was, the singer said chirpily: “I’m great, really well, all good…”
