Ooh, vicar! Dawn French makes SHOCKING drug confession

Who knew?!

Now this is something we would really want to be part of…

Dawn French has made a huge statement about drugs – she wants to start taking them!

The comedian has revealed that she massively regrets not doing them when she was younger and says she is definitely “up for” doing mushrooms.

Yikes!

The 59-year-old shot to fame in the 80s but avoided narcotics altogether.

Talking to Richard Herring during his podcast she said: “Back then I did no drugs whatsoever, which I regret massively, and I am intending to do loads of drugs when I’m much older.

“Some hot drugs coursing through your veins would add to the fun of being old.

“There are [magic mushrooms in Cornwall] but I’ve never looked for them… Magic mushrooms sound good, I’m up for that.”

Doesn’t this just make you love her even more?

The Vicar of Dibley actress added: “It’d be cheaper for a start. A feeble old body and a bit of crack cocaine go together really quite well.”

Wow, that escalated quickly…

The comedian is set to be back on our screens next month in a brand new four part drama called Delicious.

The series is set in the beautiful Cornish countryside, where she actually lives in real life, and is set to be a story of love, heartbreak, food and friendships.

It’s written by Dan Sefton, who also wrote Diary of a Call Girl, so it’s set to be VERY different to Vicar of Dibley.

We can’t wait!
