On-screen EastEnders couple share pic of themselves looking VERY COSY

Fans are desperate to know if they are together in real life

EastEnders stars Shaheen Jafargholi and Jasmine Armfield have shared the cutest snap on Instagram.

The two soap stars look very intimate in the photo as Jasmine, 18, gives her co-star a kiss on the cheek.

Shaheen, 20, captioned the post: “#shex,” which is their characters’ names, Shakil and Bex, merged together.

The photo racked up almost 5,000 likes and fans went crazy over the post.

One wrote: “Really cute!!”

“GOALLLLLLSSSSSS,” added another.

A third agreed: “You two have the best friendship ever!! Xx.”

Others were curious to know if they two are actually dating in real life.

A fourth said: “Are they going out in real life?”

One user added: “Wait are they going out now?”

Shaheen and Jasmine shared a romance on-screen and share an incredible friendship off-screen.

Jasmine, who plays Bex Fowler in the BBC soap, has admitted she finds it “tricky” to give Shaheen, who plays Shakil Kazemi, a smooch.

The actress told OK! Magazine: “When we first met we were just two actors doing our job, but the closer we got, the weirder it became.

“It’s not easy because we find those scenes so funny! Whenever we have a kissing scene we’re in fits of laughter.”

Talking about her bullying storyline she said: “My Twitter goes crazy every time it’s covered on the show. Lots of people have said they’re very grateful to us for doing the storyline in a realistic way.

“We haven’t rushed to reach a conclusion and bring it to an end because bullying isn’t over and done quickly.”

Meanwhile Shaheen recently shared another snap of him and Jasmine hanging out with co-stars Jacqueline Jossa, who plays Lauren Branning and Tilly Keeper, who plays Louise Mitchell.

The stars were enjoying a night out for Jacqueline’s hen do and they definitely looked like they were having a good night.

Shaheen wrote: “Sleeping party people,” alongside the snap.

Of course fans loved seeing them altogether.

One said: “What a lovely picture you guys!”

“You all look amazing😍😍,” another gushed.

A third commented: “This friendship slays my entire existence.”

Of course, it could all just be wishful thinking on fans’ parts where romance is concerned. Shaheen has previously been linked to former Easties co-star Amy-Leigh Hickman, who played schoolgirl Star.
