Nadia Sawalha has stunned fans by stripping off naked to go skinny-dipping on holiday.
The Loose Women star shared two photos to Instagram showing herself naked in a pool as she covered her breasts with her hands.
Nadia told fans this was a “whole next level in body confidence” for her and admitted her husband Mark Adderley was shocked at her splashing around in the pool naked.

Nadia captioned the post: “Whole next level in body confidence for me!!! I can’t believe it but I only swam flaming naked in the flaming pool today!!! This has never happened!!! #liberating.
“Poor @mark_adderley’s eyes nearly popped out of his head!! He literally squeaked ‘you’re naked’ and then took these snaps! God it felt good to swim totally free!!”
She continued: “I’m not going to lie I would love to say I leapt out and pranced around the pool but in truth I nearly drowned trying to get my bikini back on IN the pool!!
“Not quite ready to haul myself up the steps in my birthday suit!!! Maybe next year eh girls!! God why oh why are us Brits so hung up about nudity?! It’s been the bane of my life!”
She then asked her followers: “How are you with nudity? Would you rather die than go naked? So you love skinny dipping? Would you love to but feel too insecure? Tell me all!!”
Fans were stunned by Nadia’s post and praised her as “inspirational”.
One person said: “You look bloody beautiful and incredibly empowered. We could all do with a bit more of this confidence!”
Another wrote: “You go girl, I would do it in a private pool but would have to gain a lot of body confidence to go in public but well done Nadia.”
Nadia’s enjoying a holiday in Greece with her husband and daughters Maddie and Kiki.
Maddie commented on her mum’s post: “So powerful and beautiful, I love you.”
Nadia replied: “Ahhhhhh that’s my favourite comment ever… because it’s from you, worried you would think I was silly.”
At the weekend, the star shared a snap of herself and Kiki soaking up the sunshine during a boat ride.
Nadia told fans: “This has without a doubt been my favourite day of the year. Bobbing along on an Ancient Greek fishing boat around the island of Kefalonia.
“Each bay more beautiful than the one before. Swimming in the clearest, warmest turquoise waters, turtle and dolphin spotting.
“And blessed with glorious sunshine, my lovely @mark_adderley and my beautiful girls. It just don’t get better than this.
