Mum horrified after daughter catches her doing something rather rude with husband

A woman was left mortified after her 12-year-old daughter caught her doing something naughty with the girl’s dad.

The couple were enjoying some alone time and decided to make the most of the opportunity by engaging in some “dirty talk”.

But, what they didn’t realise was their daughter was hiding in their room hoping to scare them.

Taking to Reddit, the anonymous mum wrote: “Soooo. Our 12-year-old daughter thought it would be funny to sneak in our room and hide at the foot of the bed to scare us.

“Not knowing she was there, my husband and I started talking dirty to each other.

“She then jumps up, unintentionally scaring the [expletive] out of us and ran out of the room.

“My husband and I, while still trying to gain composure because we both almost jumped out of our skin, are now completely confused on how to proceed.”

She added: “I never thought something like this would happen to us. Lord help us. Please tell us we are not the only ones to have a situation like this.”

And thankfully for the woman, many other people came forward to say they’ve been in similar situations.

One person said: “Wife and I were on the phone with a good friend and wife made a raunchy joke about foot fetish about the same time that the 11-year-old walked in the room.

“Kid had a look of horror and confusion on his face. It was about doing something dirty to a stiletto from what I remember.”

Another wrote: “This happened to me when I was like six. I was hiding under my parents bed to scare them and they started having sex.

“I was mortified and was scared to leave because I didn’t want them to see me so I stayed there and covered my ears. Pretty sure I slept under their bed that night.”

A third commented: “Hasn’t happened to me as a parent (yet) but I walked in on my parents going at it as a kid.

“I was feeling sick and came in saying ‘Mum, Dad, I don’t feel so…’ and then my dad panicked and jumped out of bed completely naked, and I finished my sentence by projectile vomiting everywhere. I survived, but I’m not sure their sex life did.”
