Montana, who appeared on the reality show alongside Mike in 2017, told her Instagram followers that she “wished today would never come”.

She also revealed she would be making a speech during the service.

The star shared a photo of Mike wearing a face mask on FaceTime, as she wrote: “Miss the FaceTimes never felt so empty and anxious.

“Hope you’re above listening to my speech today… I know you’re pointing your finger at me right now and saying “you cow” for uploading this #youwillneverbeforgotten #loveyou.”

Montana was seen crying as she headed to the service.

Rebecca Vardy, Towie’s Liam Gatsby and Love Island’s Georgia Harrison were among the first stars seen arriving at the church.

Love Island 2018 star Samira Mighty, Zara McDermott and Ellie Brown also arrived at the service, dressed in black.

Last month, Montana broke down in tears during an appearance on This Morning as she opened up about his death.

Montana said: “One of my friends texted me, ‘I don’t know whether this is true, but Mike has taken his life’. I tried to call him and his phone went straight to answer phone.

“There was just no reason for him to do that. I don’t know if it was a spontaneous decision… but it just makes me so sad that he had so many demons that he had to fight alone.”

Montana also revealed Mike had recently been reading self-help book The Magic after he was in a “dark place”.
