Shortly after Archie was born, friends of the royal couple revealed that they are loving their new role as parents.

It was claimed that Meghan and Harry were in a "state of delight" shortly after the birth.

The comments came after Harry flew to Rome to take part in a polo match for his charity, Sentebale.

His polo pals said the doting new dad has a "glow" about him, with Sentebale chairman Johnny Hornby telling People: "He is a magnet for children. I didn't think he could have appreciated children more than he did before, but I have seen a whole new involvement with them now he's a father."
