Rumours of an alleged feud between Prince Harry and Prince William – and their respective wives Meghan and Kate – have bubbled away for a while now.

Now reports have surfaced claiming that Buckingham Palace staff are also kicking up a fuss.

The root of all this friction says the Daily Express, is when Prince Harry and Meghan split from the Royal Foundation and set up their own charity.

The Foundation – now renamed The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – was set up by the two princes in 2009.

But last year it was announced that the Sussexes were to break away from the Foundation to “better align” their charitable activities.

Reports suggest that Harry and Meghan have been given offices in Buckingham Palace to run their new charity – Sussex Royal: The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex – which has allegedly not gone down well with Palace staff.

“There are a lot of people trying to cause trouble for the Duke and Duchess as a result of this move,” a source was quoted as saying.

“The Palace traditionalists are grumpy that such a prime space is being given over to Harry and Meghan, who have perfectly adequate offices already at Kensington Palace.

“But the facts are they were offered these rooms by the master of the household because they are currently unoccupied and used as meeting rooms.”

These reports come a day after new stories claimed that the Duchess of Sussex is at ‘breaking point’ after all the criticism she has received.

“Yes, she keeps on trucking at the moment but it can’t be anything but incredibly difficult,” a royal expert said.

“We need to let Meghan blossom and let her do the job she’s in the Royal Family to do and perhaps hold back on some of the criticism.”

Meghan 37, was also said to be feeling ‘miserable’ following a barrage of negative comments online after husband Prince Harry appeared to ignore her at a baseball game.
