Speaking in a clip from Harry & Meghan: An African Adventure – which airs on ITV at 9pm on Sunday October 20 – Meghan revealed that she isn't "okay".
She also revealed that it has been a "struggle" behind the scenes as she adapts to life as a royal, a mum and a newlywed.
She said: "Look, any woman, especially when they're pregnant, you're really vulnerable, so that was made really challenging. And then when you have a newborn, you know, and especially when you're a woman, it's a lot."
The outpouring of love for Duchess Meghan is proof that’s she’s the new people's princess.
The emotional royal continued: "And when you add this on top of just trying to be a new mum or trying to be a newlywed…."

The name was last connected to the royal's late mother-in-law Diana, Princess of Wales.
