The Love Island star was reportedly rushed to hospital early this morning

Megan Barton Hanson was reportedly rushed to hospital after falling ill Tuesday evening. According to a report on MailOnline the 25-year-old Love Island star sought hospital treatment in the early hours of Wednesday morning after suffering from an allergic reaction the night prior.

A source told the news site: “Megan was rushed to hospital this morning with an allergic reaction. Doctors are still trying to establish what has caused it and she is currently undergoing tests to determine this.

“Megan went into hospital in the early hours after suffering pain and discomfort throughout the night.”

The worrying health report comes just a day after the reality personality appeared to be in good spirits. Megan debuted a new hair look yesterday on Instagram, swapping her usual bleached blonde tresses for a more subtle light brown.

She posted a snap of her enjoying VIP tickets at a Drake concert in London with a caption that included: “Swipe to see the new Caramel hair v the blonde! What do you prefer?”

It was also rumoured a week ago that Megan will be starring in the next series of the popular E4 series Celebs Go Dating. A source told The Sun: “Bosses think Megan would be great value as most men find her irresistible.

“She’s mulling it over at the moment as everything she does she wants to properly commit to.

“It’s a big decision to go and find love on television again and she doesn’t want to jump into anything.”
