Speaking on sister Jess Wright’s Girls No Filter podcast, Mark shared: “I posted a picture of us last week and underneath in the comments one of them said, ‘Michelle, you need to eat’.

“But she does eat. I see her eat. She works bloody hard to get that body. I see her at the gym running and sweating, so people haven’t got the right to say that.”

He revealed he’s also faced the same sort of comments from trolls when he posts snaps of his body.

“Food’s a positive thing and it’s meant to be enjoyed, and if you stop yourself enjoying it, that’s when you crash, so I always like picky bits.”

She added: “I graze – crisps and nuts – as well as having a big dinner.”

The Our Girl actress also recently opened up about what life behind closed doors is like for the couple and said Mark has been “a bit lazy” around the house since he moved back to the UK after two years based out in Los Angeles for work.

During a recent interview on Heart FM, Michelle spilled: “I’ve had to sort of retrain him around the house again.

“He sorta got a bit lazy when he got back. But he’s alright, he’s alright,”  Michelle continued.
