TV presenter Mark Wright has taken to Insta-Stories to show off some nasty cuts to his face, after injuring himself at the gym.
The former reality star posted a couple of selfies, showing a cut to his cheek.
He wrote: “When you have nobody to spot you on the bench and you lift one too many reps!! Ouch!!”
In another picture, where the 31-year-old wore a see-through dressing on his face, he commented: “Manuka Honey Patch. Supposed to make it heal better says my man @rodneyrinks. Fingers crossed.”
Sadly, the Extra presenter is currently without a gym partner, after his wife, former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan went back to work a couple of weeks ago.

They’re often apart as Michelle films around the world, and Mark is based in LA.
Last week, the former TOWIE star spoke in an interview about making the decision to have a long-distance relationship, as he wanted to make it big in the US.
He told the Huffington Post: “I remember we were sat down in a car and I was talking about work and [Michelle] was about to go off and film a drama, and I said, ‘Michelle, I really want to go over to America and give it a good crack’.
“She was like, ‘If it’s the right chance to do it, I’m going off to do my thing – go off and do it.’… I just got on a plane and had meetings after meetings.”
He went on to explain how he got his huge job at the entertainment show, presenting alongside superstar Mario Lopez, saying: “One day, I was walking through Universal Studios and I saw ‘Extra’ being filmed, and then I saw it on the TV when I got back to the hotel, I was like, ‘That’s the job I want’.”
Since getting the presenting gig last year, Mark’s interviewed an array of A-listers, including Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, and he recently posted a photo of himself with Stranger Things star, Millie Bobby Brown.
But his busy job meant Mark and the former Coronation Street actress spent Valentine’s Day apart, as the 30-year-old posted a cryptic picture of herself on a new set.
She wrote alongside a film camera emoji: “What an exciting 1st day!”
Michelle has since posted several more pictures of herself in a sunny setting, but without confirming where or what the new project could be.
Before returning to work, Michelle enjoyed an extended break in California with Mark, after wrapping filming on the latest series of Our Girl.
The couple spent quality time together in LA, posting pics and videos of nights out and trips to the ice hockey.
And they could make the move more permanent.
The TV pair have reportedly been house hunting in the Hollywood Hills, and have already viewed several properties, with a budget of around £2 million.
