Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan ‘could quit the UK for America’ after it was reported that he’s being lined up for a new TV show.
Mark previously spent two years in the US on his own while he was a roving reporter for US Extra.
But Michelle remained in the UK.
What’s in the pipeline for Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan?
The Sun reports that Mark is keen to have another go at cracking America and replicate the success of his pal James Corden.
“Mark is a natural in front of the camera and the American audience loved his cheeky persona and his Essex accent,” a source said.
“Mark and Michelle have the strongest bond and support each other’s dreams.
“If the right chance did come up they’d see if they could make it work but they would never want to live apart for long periods again.”
Mark is hoping that the pilot will get him a foot in the door.
Ent Daily has contacted reps for Mark Wright for comment.
Since he’s been back in the UK, he has struggled to find a regular presenting gig.
What have Mark and Michelle been up to?
Mark and Michelle, who recently quit BBC drama Our Girl, have been enjoying a loved-up lockdown with holidays to Marbella.
He recently shared a sun-drenched snap gazing lovingly into his wife’s eyes while wearing a fetching matching shirt and shorts combo.
“Babe….’are you smiling for the picture or AT my outfit?'” he joked.
Meanwhile, Michelle met up with her mother after quarantining for two weeks.
She had returned from a break to Ibiza with Mark.
After coming home and locking down, she shared her first steps out into the world.
“14 days in quarantine… worth it,” she said.
