It’s Debbie Dingle’s lucky day as TWO hunks land in Emmerdale

Man alert!

Emmerdale has always been kind to us on the man front.

Everywhere you look there’s a fit fella taking up screen time. And we’re not complaining.

You’ve got David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden), Adam Barton (Adam Thomas) and Aaron Livesy (Danny Miller) and swoonsome Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).

All of them as fit as… well… you can imagine. Dare we say even Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) has something about him!

Well now the Dales is about to be entered by another studly young hunk.

And lucky Debbie Dingle is going to be the lucky gal to get involved with him.

Say hello to Ned Porteous – nice name, even nicer face!

This pleasing-to-the-eye actor plays businessman Tom Waterhouse who Debbie meets with his business partner Graham when Charity introduces her to a new client.

She and her mum then take each other on to out do one another and impress the fellas with their feminine charms.

Debs is hoping that Tom can solve her financial woes and keep her luxury car hire business alive.

But will she get too involved and out of her depth? Are the men they’re doing business with trust worthy? Or are they up to no good?

In Emmerdale, who knows?

Ned said: “I was really delighted to secure the role of Tom. I’ve never played a character like this before and I am very excited to see how his story develops!”

Andrew, meanwhile, admits: “Graham is an interesting guy. He’s a bit enigmatic but he definitely has hidden depths, which I can’t wait to explore and he’s fiercely loyal to his boss Tom.

“I see Graham as a man a little like Alfred, the butler in Batman.”

Ned previously appeared in Holby and as Mark Fowler in EastEnders while Andrew Scarborough maybe a familiar face from Downton Abbey in which he played Tim Drewe.

The handsome duo appear on screen in September.
