Lucy Mecklenburgh has hit back at reports she fed baby son Roman an “unhealthy dinner”.

The star , 29, took baby Roman along to work with her and later ordered herself a takeaway for the night.

Sharing a screenshot of an article, Lucy wrote: “Unhealthy?!
“Roman doesn’t have a dinner yet.
“Yesterday Roman had 5 breast feeds, fig & breast milk porridge, veggie chilli con carne with sweet potato & a banana coconut yoghurt.”
Alongside a series of laughing emojis, she concluded: “I wish I ate this well.”
What did Lucy feed Roman?
Yesterday, the former TOWIE star revealed she was too tired to cook after a hectic day filming videos for her fitness channel Results With Lucy.
As she enjoyed a burger and chips, the adorable tot munched on a yoghurt.
Addressing her 1.7 million followers, she said: “I’m letting Roman feed himself some dairy free yogurt while mummy eats her Deliveroo burger and chips. Mum life!”
Lucy also captioned the post: “Come at me mum police.
“Also this is my first meal today, I’ve eaten 2 bags of Roman’s carrot puff and dark chocolate finished with a burger.
“Might have to order a second lol.”
Lucy’s post-baby body
Lucy often uses social media to document life as a new mum.
Earlier this month, the reality star opened up on her weight loss since welcoming little Roman in March.
She told fans how she lost her pregnancy weight as she showed off her “postpartum” body in a bikini.
The new mum explained: “I put this on my story the other day and I’ve had soooo many DM’s asking what pregnancy diet I’ve been on, what extreme exercise plan I’ve followed.
“Basically what’s the magic pill that helped me lose the 4 stone pregnancy weight.
“Sorry to tell you but there’s no magic pill, no fad diet and no quick fix.”
The star added her fiancé Ryan Thomas “made sure I ate at least one balanced meal a day piled high with veggies”.
She went on: “My advice to new mamas is every journey is unique like every body & baby is unique.”
