Louise Redknapp wears wedding ring at Evita amid marriage rumours

She was all smiles at the theatre

We know it’s none of our business really, but we can’t help but be intrigued by what is going on in the relationship of Jamie and Louise Redknapp.

If we believe the rumours, their marriage is over, because Louise is having a midlife crisis and hanging out with mates half her age.

But last night Louise stunned theatregoers when she rocked up to the Evita opening night beaming and sporting her sparkling wedding ring.

It had been claimed by the Mirror that a pal had said she had got bored with Jamie and found him stale and had become an old man “too soon” while she wanted to remain “a hip young woman”.

Jamie has also supposedly told his mates that the marriage is effectively over.

Not only that, both have holidayed separately with their children, not been seen in public together for months and not even acknowledged each other on social media or in chats.

So we’re pleased to see she is still wearing her ring it because it could mean things might be getting better between her and her husband.

In fact just days ago it was reported that she had told friends that she hadn’t given up on the relationship just yet, which is good news.

However, it is still believed that she continues to live away from the family home, just fifteen minutes away from their their Oxshott mansion.

A pal has told the Mirror: “She wants him to wake up and smell the coffee.

“Leaving him is her way of saying, ‘This is serious’.

“Louise told us that her and Jamie are still unbelievably close and in constant communication.

“But she needs more out of him. ”

The pal says that they think Louise and Jamie will eventually reunite.

“This isn’t closure, it’s a kind of test. They will end up back together – that’s the consensus among their mates.

“They’re a strong family, brilliant parents and they don’t want to lose that solidarity.

“But Jamie has become dull. Louise wants to gee him up.”

Fingers crossed, eh?
