Nadia Sawalha has been in the headlines for different reasons in the past few days.
The Loose Women star, 54, stunned fans when she bared all in a holiday snap on social media earlier in the week.
Now Nadia has taken to Instagram to open up about her struggles with smoking.

In a heartfelt message to her 189,000 followers, Nadia said: “I’m not ashamed to admit to you girls, that I had the most awful relationship with a bad boy lover for over twenty years that was without a doubt killing me, stealing my money, looks and health.
“I kept trying to break up with him, but even though I knew he was bad for me, I found him irresistible.
“But thank god, finally, after so many failed attempts on my own, I made the decision to break-up with smoking once and for all! Asking for help was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made because it meant I finally kicked smoking out of the door for good!
“I’m so proud that I’ve quit for good, and am honoured to be partnering with @PublicHealthEngland for their 2019 #Stoptober campaign, to encourage smokers, like me, to ‘split up’ from their relationship with smoking this October. For FREE support and tips visit the stoptober website.”

Many of her followers took to the site to congratulate and support her.
“So hard to do but so worth it when you do – I found putting the money I would spend on cigarettes away was a great incentive and before I knew it had a great deposit on a car xx” one said.
Another wrote: “You look so beautiful in both Nadia, you haven’t aged at all! Congratulations on stopping, any type of compulsions or addictions are so tough to kick.”
“Well done! Such an achievement xx” a third wrote.

Nadia stunned fans by stripping off naked to go skinny-dipping on holiday.
The mum-of-one shared two photos to Instagram showing herself naked in a pool as she covered her breasts with her hands.
Nadia told fans this was a “whole next level in body confidence” for her and admitted her husband Mark Adderley was shocked at her splashing around in the pool naked.
