The former EastEnders star revealed that she has opened a bar in Spain, where she is now living.

But panellist Jane Moore didn’t seem impressed with her decision.

Danniella, who has struggled with a drug addiction most of her life, told the panellists: “I’ve just opened a bar in Spain with a friend of mine.”

Jane, 54, interrupted: “You’ve opened a bar!?

“Isn’t that like being on a diet and opening a cake shop?”

Laughing it off Danniella said: “But I’m better on the other side of the bar. I’m a people person.”

Nadia Sawalha added: “It’s intoxicating being in an environment where other people are drinking or doing drugs.”

Jane then went on to ask the star: “How many times are we going to see you saying, ‘I’m recovering, I’m doing well’?”

But Danniella fired back: “I will always be an addict, that’s me.”

“I’m no expert but I just think you’re placing yourself right back into that life,” Jane added.

And the harsh comments didn’t go unnoticed by viewers.

One wrote on Twitter: “Omg  @janem absolutely brutal and vile doing this interview! Bashing an addict for being an addict… horrible ! #itsanillness #LooseWomen.”

A third tweeted: “@westbrookdanni Looking great on #LooseWomen today and you held yourself well against Jane and Nadia’s brutal and horrible shake down.”

Another added: “The women are being horrible to Danniella Westbrook, not letting her speak, tearing her down.”

“Watching #LooseWomen on catch up. They aren’t letting Daniella speak,” [sic] another tweeted.

But one agreed with Jane’s comments by saying: “@janem you said what everyone is thinking #Danniellawestbrook #loosewomen.”

The star very recently opened up about suffering a miscarriage last year.

Danniella shared a photo of the name ‘Lenny’ as she wrote: “Of all the names they choose this one to use … was gonna be my babies name #sadWhenISawIt.”

Speaking about her heartache over losing her baby the star said: “It broke my heart – I’m absolutely shattered.

“It was a shock because I wasn’t feeling poorly or anything.”
