Little Mix blasted by One Love Manchester viewers for outfit choice

People said the girls' "skimpy outfits were disrespectful"

Little Mix have been blasted for their “inappropriate clothing” after taking to the stage at the One Love Manchester benefit.

The girl band sang an emotional acoustic version of their hit single Wings, but they weren’t hitting the right notes with viewers at home.

They were dressed in matching black and white outfits with gold jewellery. Leigh-Ann Pinnock wore a black bra, and Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall wore leotards with their legs on display.

Perrie Edwards opted for a more covered-up ensemble, and let the tassels of her skirt preserve her modesty.

But there were some who didn’t think that they should have worn such “provocative outfits”

Others compared what they were wearing to all of the other acts, who were dressed in more casual attire.

The girls haven’t responded to any critics, but 25-year-old Leigh-Anne took to Instagram to share her incredible experience and wrote some kind words to Ariana Grande.

“What an absolute honour to be apart of such an incredible event.. @arianagrande I commend you.. ❤️to witness the power of music bringing people together, filling us all with love and hope was one of the best things I’ve ever witnessed.

“If we continue to stand strong together Love will always win.. always ❤️ and every bit of love I have goes towards the victims and families of Manchester ❤️❤️❤️

Talking to the huge crowd of 50,000 before they performed, Jesy, 25, said: “We are so, so happy to be a part of this incredible day, thank you.
