If you were in any doubt that Lisa Armstrong is a whole new woman following her painful split from Ant McPartlin, here's proof.
The makeup artist spent Wednesday afternoon in a tattoo parlour getting a permanent reminder of her fresh start on her left arm and wrist.
Lisa, 41, wore a loose white shirt for her outing, with leopard print green trousers.
She chose High Voltage tattoo parlour for her new inking, owned and operated by the world famous tattoo artist Kat Von D.
The star looked relaxed and happy throughout, chatting to her tattoo artist, and then lying back in bare feet.
As she left, Lisa, who works backstage for Strictly Come Dancing, waved to the photographers.
It's the latest move in Lisa's radical break-up makeover.
In the last few weeks we've seen her post a series of selfies, showing off a glam new look, to match her glam new LA lifestyle.
Ditching her dark brown hair, a tanned Lisa dyed her hair platinum blonde and posed with hoop earrings.
The decision comes just days after Lisa's estranged ex, Ant McPartlin unveiled his own new tattoo - in a similar place.
The TV star the Alcoholics Anonymous symbol tattooed on his inside wrist.
The equilateral triangle is associated with the AA programme and is said to represent the three parts, unity, recovery and service, you need to use to treat the three part disease of alcoholism: physical, mental and spiritual.
The circle is thought to represent wholeness.
It follows the presenter's recent visit to rehab, where he spent a month having intensive treatment for addictions.
Ant, 42, was arrested for drink driving in March. In April he was handed an £86,000 fine, and banned from driving for 20 months.
He confirmed at the time that he was "truly sorry", adding: "I’m addressing what I now recognise as problems with alcohol and emotional issues."
It's clear the former I'm A Celebrity presenter is finally in a good place again.
He was seen out in London this weekend with his new girlfriend, Anne-Marie Corbett, on a double date at The Ivy with his best friend, Declan Donnelly and pregnant wife, Ali Astall.
