Linda Robson has revealed doing weekly yoga sessions has helped keep her body in shape after losing an incredible two stone.
In recent weeks, the Loose Women star has been sharing her progress with her fans on Instagram by sharing videos of herself during her yoga sessions.
Linda, 60, shared one clip recently as she demonstrated how to do a head-to-knee forward bend position.
In the clip, Linda showcased her toned figure in a black vest and a pair of black fitness leggings.
She captioned the post: “Enjoyed my yoga with Shelly today got [my granddaughters] Lila and Betsy staying over tonight they’ve just gone to sleep.
“I’m off to bed they’ve been little darlings but knackered now night gbless all (sic).”
Fans were in awe of Linda and praised her for embarking on a healthier lifestyle.
One person said: “Linda!!! Look at you. Looking amazing,” while another wrote: “You look fantastic Linda, well done.”
“You look fantastic Linda,” a third added. “An inspiration to all us women.”
Earlier this month, Linda revealed she’s taken up yoga twice a week with an instructor in London.
Linda has dropped over two stone after having a diabetes scare last year.
The star gave up sugar at the beginning of 2017 and completely overhauled her diet.
She embraced a new healthy regime after doctors warned she could be susceptible to diabetes if she didn’t make changes to her diet.
She previously said on Loose Women: “I had a medical last year and they said if I didn’t lose a bit of weight then I might be prone to getting diabetes, which worried me.
“I thought it would be quite a good time [to change my diet], but it’s been hard, as I have a couple of glasses of wine every night.”
This week, Linda said she used to drink a bottle of wine every night.
During the show on Tuesday: “Looking back now I do think maybe I could have been on the way to being an alcoholic because a bottle of wine every night is quite a lot.
“My big thing was because I didn’t drink in the daytime then I didn’t have a problem and I could make myself wait until that time every night so I obviously didn’t have a problem.
“But I was still functioning, I was still coming into work.”
