Liam Payne was reportedly jumped by three bouncers during a night out with his girlfriend.
The former One Direction singer is in Texas with Maya Henry and it is claimed he was attacked by club staff at Silver Fox.
In a now-deleted post on his Instagram Story, obtained by the Daily Star, Liam claimed three of the club's bouncers "jumped" him whilst he was "grabbing" his ID.
He reportedly said: "Three of your bouncers just jump me for no reason whilst I was grabbing my ID.
"I took pics of the whole thing, look forward to seeing you in court, [expletive]."

Minutes later, Liam removed the video from his account.
According to the Daily Star, the star and Maya posed for a series of videos and photos which have also now disappeared from his account.
Ent Daily has contacted reps for Liam for comment.
Earlier this year, Liam praised his new girlfriend for putting a smile on his face.
He said on KISS Breakfast: "She’s awesome. It’s got to the point with my life where I’m like, screw this – it’s not worth my happiness.
"The difference with her is she’s so relaxed that it helps me relax in a situation."
He also shared a loved-up snap of himself and Maya on Instagram alongside a sweet caption.
Liam wrote: "Sometimes I don’t recognise this happy guy... sure glad you brought him back though. This has been my most amazing release week to date!"
