Liam Gallagher reveals why he has NEVER met two of his children

He's given a candid interview

Liam Gallagher has revealed the reason he’s never met his two daughters.

The former Oasis frontman fathered both children during allegedly relationship-ending affairs.

He had Molly with singer Lisa Moorish – while he was married to Emmerdale actress Patsy Kensit.

And his last marriage to former All Saints singer Nicole Appleton reportedly ended after it emerged he had daughter Gemma with New York journalist Liza Ghorbani.

Liam, 45, has now confessed he hasn’t met either of them, despite seeing his sons Gene, 16, and Lennon, 18, and gave his reasons why.

Speaking about daughter Molly, he told The Mirror: “I’ve just never got around to meeting her. I’ve heard she’s all right, though. She’s doing all right.”

“Not met the one in New York either,” he added. “But I wish them well. if they ever need anything, give us a shout.”

The Mancunian revealed he is providing financial support to both of the children.

But he added neither had made any noises about meeting their dad and so that’s the extent of his relationship with them.

The Beady Eye singer had previously said an unhealthy relationship with Lisa – who has a second child with former Libertines frontman Pete Doherty – was why he was yet to meet Molly, and that the situation was unlikely to change.

He told GQ magazine last year: “Got no problem with the girl whatsoever.

“The girl’s been looked after and clothed and fed and sent to lovely schools. I bought them a house and all that tack. I just think she’s best off with her mum… They aren’t good when they are forced, these things. I think we leave it be. See what happens. If it happens it happens. Certainly, wouldn’t turn her away, man. Let it be.”

It comes as Liam’s son Gene seemed to continue the long-running feud between his dad and Noel by firing a series of tweets as his uncle’s daughter Anais last September.

In an echo of his father’s social-media rants, Gene ripped into his cousin, making cruel jibes about her looks and claiming she was part of a “kids’ culture club”.
