Take Me Out: The Gossip presenter Laura Jackson has given birth to her first child.
She celebrated the little one’s arrival into the world by sharing a series of intimate snaps to Instagram.
Laura’s daughter, who she has named Sidney Frances, came into the world on Friday May 3.

Alongside the series of images, including one of Laura, her husband Jon Gorrrigan and little Sid moments after the birth, Laura wrote: “Our daughter, Sidney Frances Gorrigan was born (without eyebrows) in the early hours of last Friday morning.
“This 6lb 9oz little bundle of joy, which I still can’t believe grew inside of me, arrived into the world with a beaming smile on her face. We never knew something so small could fill us with so much love.
“I cannot put into words the extreme rollercoaster of emotions that comes with bringing a child earth-side, my new found love of women and what our bodies can do is extraordinary.
“Thank you for the greatest gift you could have ever given me @jongorriganphotography – there isn’t enough love in the world I want to give to you right now – I love you so much.”
She went on to thank the “incredible midwives at Homerton Hospital” and give a shout out to the NHS.
Laura then added: “This is the start of a very new and very exciting chapter,
“Welcome to the world, Sid.”
Laura’s fans were quick to congratulate the star, and her celeb pals also commented on the gorgeous snaps.
Take Me Out main host Paddy McGuinness wrote: “Fantastic!!!! You’re gonna need more storage in your iCloud. Trust me on that. Congratulations to you both and welcome little Sidney!!!!”
While Strictly winner Stacey Dooley said: “Oh my GOD,” followed by love heart emjoiis.
Caroline Flack commented: “Oh my god congrats Laura and Jon,” and Lisa Snowdon wrote: “Congratulations to you both. Sid is gorgeous!”
The star, who hosted the ITV2 spin-off show alongside Mark Wright, shared news of her pregnancy back in February.
She posted two black-and-white snaps of herself showcasing her blossoming baby bump in her underwear to Instagram, having kept her baby news a secret for six months.
She captioned the pic: “*Exciting* Bun in the oven #thirdtrimester.”
Of course, fans rushed to congratulate Laura.
One person said: “Amazing news congratulations,” while another wrote: “Congrats!! What exciting wonderful news.”
A third commented: “Beautiful pics! Huge congratulations.”
She later thanked her fans for their support and “lovely” messages.
Laura posted a pic of herself resting her hand on her bump to her Instagram Stories.
Alongside the sweet picture, Laura wrote: Thank you for your lovely messages everyone.”

Laura married her photographer husband Jon in a beach ceremony in Porthscatho, Cornwall in September 2017.
The couple tied the knot in front of family and friends and began their special day in a non-traditional way by taking a dip in the ocean before the ceremony started.
