“Do, say what you want about me but when it comes to my kids! I will rip heads off!!!!!!! (sic)”

Earlier this month, Kerry opened up about the incident on This Morning.

She explained: “As a parent your back goes up, you want to put your hands round their throat. The [primary] school took every measure they could, they rang the high school who said they were going to address it in assembly.

“The next day I woke Max up for school, he came down crying and I think he got a bit of delayed shock. I wasn’t going to make him go to school that day so he took the day off and we had lots of cuddles.”

Kerry said she then walked Max to school upon his return and hoped to find the culprits and march them to their parents, or take a picture of them and send it to the school if they refused. But she wasn’t triumphant.

However, Kerry admitted she was hesitant to report the bullies to the police because she isn’t convinced it would be successful.

She added: “I thought if I rang the police and reported them, what impact would that have on the bullies? Is that going to help them overcome whatever’s made them do this?”
