Katie Price failed to turn up to court this week and it’s now been claimed it wasn’t because of her luxury Thai getaway.
The former glamour model is said to have had “no idea” she was supposed to be in court following an alleged playground spat with her ex’s girlfriend.
Katie reportedly shouted at Kieran Hayler’s new partner, Michelle Pentecost, while picking up her kids Jett, five, and Bunny, four, from school.
She is believed to have screamed at Michelle, who was collecting her son: “Are you enjoying [bleeping] my husband?”
This week, Katie was expected at Crawley Magistrates Court on two counts of threatening behaviour.
The mum-of-five, who is away on a luxury holiday in Thailand with boyfriend Kris Boyson, failed to turn up and the judge slammed her “lack of respect”.
According to reports, District Judge Amanda Kelly said: “I believe she hasn’t turned up today. She has something better to do.
“This demonstrates a lack of respect for the court process.”
But a source claiming to be in the know has told The Sun exactly why Katie didn’t show at court.
They said: “She had no idea she was supposed to be in court that day and her lawyers had actually asked for it to be rescheduled to next week and thought it had been.”
Another source claiming to be an insider said Katie’s “very relaxed about the whole thing” and “doesn’t want anything to ruin her holiday”.
They told the publication that she said “they can’t put me away for swearing” and plans to sort the situation out once she’s home.
The alleged incident is said to have taken place at the gates of Katie’s kids’ primary school in West Sussex last year.

Kieran’s girlfriend Michelle put in a formal complaint to police, while other parents also intended to take action.
Sussex police confirmed on February 27 that they had received “a report of verbal abuse by a woman in the playground, about 3.15pm on 5 September 2018”.
