After months of difficult headlines about Katie Price’s partying – not to mention a rehab visit – fans were delighted to see her enjoying some quality family time on Wednesday with Harvey, Junior and Princess.
But just hours after sharing the cosy shot in their dressing gowns, the former glamour model hit the town for a party.
Taking to Instagram, the 40-year-old mum-of-five wrote beside the sweet pic: “It’s that time of year again ❤️ Too cosy! Everyone needs their own personalised robe this Christmas.”
It was a welcome sight to her 1.9million followers, as Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, are currently living with their dad, Peter Andre.
Katie also revealed this week on her reality show My Crazy Life how her youngest two, Jett and Bunny were also staying at their dad’s, Kieran Hayler, leaving only Harvey, 16, at home with her.
Her fans commented on the picture: “Lovely family pic @officialkatieprice.”
A second pointed out this was the best route to recovery, writing: “I’ve said for years she needs a good set of friends NO MEN just family and those beautiful children. Hope she’s on the mend. And onto the next chapter x.”
A third added simply: “Cute 💗.”
Others, though, speculated that this was an old picture, writing: “She is incapable of looking after her kids, so casually posts old photos to suggest they are with her when in fact two of them have moved in with their dad! 🙌.”
Another commented: “That’s last year’s Christmas picture. If you didn’t know any better you’d think it was today and they are all together.”

This was seemingly confirmed when – just hours later – Katie posted pics on InstaStories revealing how she was getting ready for a night on the town – minus the kids.
After getting her hair done and showing off new shoes, Katie shared a picture of herself with friend Marcello Ferri, heading to the 50th birthday party on the bus.
She captioned it: “Beating the London traffic this evening with this one.”
It happened to be TV handyman Phil Turner’s big night, and on his Instagram he seemed excited for his special evening, saying in a video: “Beautiful day for a party!”
Reports later revealed that Katie was joined for the evening by her on/off boyfriend Kris Boyson.
It followed some late night tweeting from the reality star, where she apparently proposed to the personal trainer.
