Former TOWIE star Kate Wright has shared a poignant message hinting at being ‘let down’.
The reality star posted an extended quote to Instagram Stories referring to people who walk away from you when you need them the most.

“We are often let down by the most trusted people and loved by the most unexpected ones,” the message said.
“Some make us cry for things we haven’t done, while others ignore our faults and just see our smile. Some leave us when we need them the most, while some stay with us even when we ask them to leave.”
The quote went on the say that it’s important to recognise which people you should keep close and which will just be passing acquaintances.
“The world is a mixture of people. We just need to know which hand to shake and which hand to hold!” it said.
“After all, that’s life. Learning to hold on and learning to let go.”

Kate get engaged to long-time partner Rio Ferdinand in November of last year, after quitting her role on TOWIE to devote more time to helping raise his three children.
Rio’s first wife, Rebecca Ellison, died of breast cancer back in 2015.
Kate paid tribute to her on Mother’s Day, sharing a shot of a card that featured Rebecca and Kate, along with their mothers and Rio’s mother.
“Lovely Mother’s Day dinner with family,” the image was captioned. “We celebrated all 6 of us today. How lucky we all are to have hearts that can love after so much pain. Happy Mother’s Day to everyone.”

Rio posted an adorable shot to thank Kate for being there for his kids, sharing a photo of her and his daughter Tia.
“Thank you for all you do for the little munchkins,” he said. “From keeping their mum’s memory alive, to constantly putting smiles on their faces.”
